Does the bike come fully assembled?
Rattan Ebikes arrive approximately 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat.
How long does a full battery charge take?
A complete charge from 0% to 100% typically takes between 4 to 6 hours using our standard smart charger.
