If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Pack Your Bike

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original packaging, including all tools, chargers, and manuals.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Arrange for a freight pickup or drop off the package at an authorized shipping center using our provided label.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
